How to Change WooCommerce Return to Shop URL

I can't change the 'Return to shop' redirection address when the shopping cart is empty. But I can change the text.

The address is pre-defined, it leads to the main shop page, and there is no setting to change that.

If you would like to modify it, you must edit the files, but we do not provide help with such customization.
