Number of free dynamic map loads is limited. Google Maps API key is required.
Hi,
we have been using Google Maps for our website for several years. We have also stored the API for this in the theme options. Now we have been getting the following message for a few days:
Number of free dynamic map loads is limited. Google Maps API key is required.
As mentioned, an API is stored and the Google account is provided with a payment method. How does this message come about?
Incidentally, the message only appears when new maps are created. Existing maps are still displayed.

Can you provide more detail on what you refer to, please?
We have added a new page and two maps on it, and both work correctly, without any message on them.

Hi,
I have created a map on the test page, which we also use on the website. When I enter the data of our map in the map, the map is not loaded.

Where did you get this text from?:
Did you copy it from somewhere else?
It seems that it contained some special characters causing this issue. I had to copy it, paste in the Windows Notepad, copy it from there again, and when I placed it in the item, the map started to work correctly.
Best regards
That is strange. If I reformat the text on the corresponding page (also in Copy & Paste from the test page) it still does not work.
Even a new map in latitude and longitude only does not work.

I have redone the steps with copying and pasting text, and the map appeared:
Are there any extra steps you proceed?
Best regards
I have found out what the problem is. When I edit or create the map in the classic BeBuilder, the map is not displayed. But when I create the maps in the new BeBuilder, it works. This seems to be a new bug. Our customer has always created the maps in the classic BeBuilder environment.
I have tried it on my environment, and the map works correctly when placed via BeBuilder Blocks.
Please turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, you are using a child theme, so switch to parent, and recheck it.
Thanks
