Parallax introduces shakes in the image

edited February 10 in BeBuilder

I've encountered a persistent issue with my background images employing the parallax effect—shaking occurs during scrolling on mobile devices. Currently, I'm utilising translate 3D to manage these effects.

How can I fix that?

  • Hi,

Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.

  • Hello,

here is the link to the website. Remember to switch to mobile mode:

  • Did you check if the same thing happens when you switch to another Parallax plugin in Betheme -> Theme options -> Addons & Plugins -> Addons?

    Best regards

  • I have tried them all, so far without success.

  • Please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at, and we will check what might be the reason.

Please attach a link to this forum discussion.

Sending incorrect or incomplete data will result in a longer response time.

Therefore, please ensure that the data you are sending is complete and correct.

  • It might be browser-specific and plugin behavior, which we do not have influence on, unfortunately.

We will search for some newer parallax solutions to introduce them into our theme, but at the moment my hands are tied.

    Best regards

  • But that's strange, as I have already used your theme many times and never had any problems with the parallax. Is there no possibility to maybe modify or remove something?

  • Is it related to the fact that we have some deprecated classes there?

  • What you can try is to upload a slightly higher image; in some cases, this helps.

If you are using this option from the deprecated area, you can also replace it with the new setting (Advanced -> Background).

    Best regards
