Header template: how to insert it in the site?

I realised and saved a template of the header. How can I display it on the site? Where do I activate it by replacing the current header? Thanks

    Hi,

    When you save the header template, you have a popup with Display Conditions, and there you can decide where you want to show your header template.

    If you want to assign it only to one page, you must do it on this page options:
