How strech wrap and align items - BeDoctor Theme - Our Services elements

I chose the BeDoctor theme, unfortunately in the section "Our Services" and "Visit our new facility." With different amounts of text, the elements are at different heights. How to make them consistent on any resolution?

I want the texts and buttons to be on the same line. And the background used 100%. Different heights of elements look unprofessional and the same is also happening on the BeDoctor theme.
