Separate the two text blocks by color

Hi,

I liked on the page [Links visible only for registered users] that the two text blocks are separated by color. See screen.

I chose the background color #f3f5f8 and inserted a placeholder, it should look like in Screen-2.


I always see the text with a blue background displayed as a block. What am I doing wrong.
