Background in text not showing

I'm using Local to manage my website on my computer locally. When I add a background file on text it displays correctly locally and when viewing in the browser using Locan (.local). But when I view the website incognito it does not show - not the gradient text nor the text at all. I have tried to disable all plugins without any luck.
