Templates have been disabled

Hi team,

I need to create a custom Single Product Page template. When I try to access Templates under Theme Options, I receive the following message:

Templates have been disabled in Theme Options > Global > Advanced > Theme functions.

When I go to said section, everything is enabled.

If I try Theme Options > Shop > Single Product > Build your own layout, I get an Invalid post type message.

How do I fix this?

Hello,

Please turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

You had BeBuilder visibility set to HIDE for everyone.

Our Templates use BeBuilder, and without it, the Templates tab disappears.

I have changed it to Everyone, and Templates appeared.

I had no idea about that setting... I'm new to BeTheme and I didn't build this website, I'm just adding functionalities.

Hopefully someone going through the same finds this tread in the future.
