Is there a way to edit page source?

We started development on dev.av-----cy.com, and then we changed plans. My tech moved it all to a new different domain.

The site primarily works but has some big performance issues, mainly because it's trying to load resources that it can't access on dev.av-----cy.com. I have almost all of those chased down but some are low level and I can't reach them via the theme editor.

How can I fix these?
