Recommended way to structure data?

Hi,

I'm building a website for a client using BeTheme and I was wondering what is the best way to build the templates, so that the client can edit the texts or images easily without breaking anything in term of styling or templating?

Should I create some custom fields and use them in the templates? Or I just put the text in the BeBuilder and there's some user permissions to disable advanced features?

We do not have any limitation options for that.

You must explain where and how the field should be edited to your client.
