ERROR 500 whenever i try to add a Button element
Hi,
As in the title, whenever I try to add a new Button element and update my website I receive an Error 500. WordPress is updated, and so is the Betheme, PHP is 8.1.27. I can add a button using [button][/button] syntax, but this is super annoying it renders BeBuilder useless. So far I can't replicate it with any other element.

Hi,
Did you contact your hosting provider as the message says?
If not, please do that. Your server might be blocking a specific string of characters and block updating. There might be other reasons too, but this one first comes to my head.
Best regards
Yes, i did. They told me to contact you, as they do not know what are the logic conditions behind that particular error. Server configuration does not show any errors. Can you kindly provide a workaround?
Please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.

Sorry but you did not attach a link to your website anywhere.
Can you send it here, please?
Thanks
It is the domain of the username for the FTP access that I've sent you - supercluster.it
All the best
Thanks for the explanation.
However, the account you have created and sent us does not have admin rights, so I could not check anything.
Please change this user privileges to admin.
Thanks
My bad, should be sorted right now
Thanks, it works. However, the FTP is not working anymore.
Did you remove or change that?
Best regards
Hey Phil, I just checked it, using the data I sent in the email - no issues. If the problem continues, I can make a new account, let me know.
Now, we are able to log in, but we do not have permission to edit files.
Can you change it as well, please?
Best regards
Hey, this account has no restrictions, however, there was a firewall for foreign IPs on FTP. I have disabled it. Please let me know if the problem still occurs
We tried to enable the error report via FTP, but it did not work.
You probably have some tool for that on your server, so please enable it.
Or you can send us server error logs from today.
Thanks
No worries, here's error log
We do not see any error in this log.
Do you have ModSecurity enabled on your server?
If you are not sure about that, please contact your server administrator.
If it is active, please ask to disable it for a while and then test if the page update works correctly.
Thanks
Bingo! It was the Mod Security, thanks a lot Phil!
I am happy to see that we finally found that.
If we can help you with anything else, please let us know.
Best regards
