Betheme Not working

Greetings Team,

I currently have three domains using the Betheme, and they are functioning well on the front end. However, when attempting to log in to the WordPress dashboard, I encounter errors such as "This page isn't working" and "Oops... Error 404." Additionally, the BeBuilder is not opening, preventing me from creating new pages. Your assistance in resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated.
