1) We have not tested this plugin with our theme, and we do not support it so regarding some incompatibility we will not be able to help. However, I noticed that many of our customers use this plugin, so I assume that with a proper configuration it will work properly.
Please note that it is suggested to activate the caching plugin after you finish working on your website. I regularly see people that says that something is not updating, or not working as it should, and after all we find out that it was because of the cache.
