However, from the context, I assume that you want to translate text you pointed on the screenshots.

1) The "Cart" in the side cart is translated automatically based on the user's language. So, if you are logged as a user with the English language set as the main one, this text will also be in English.

2) The text in the subheader is the same as the page title, so if you edit your page and change the Wishlist title, it will change the subheader, too.
