Header Template creates unclickable menu

I don't know what triggers it, but I've had it on a few sites. Something prevents anything in the header from being clickable. The burger menu won't open, the main menu won't click. Nothing works. I managed to fix it once in the past, but have no idea how. Now I'm stuck again: http://kith1.sg-host.com

    Hello,

    Please turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent and recheck it.

    If this will not help, keep minifying plugins off because I need to check your website without them.

    Thanks. Switched off a speed optimising plugin and it worked. I've now unchecked "minify Javascript" and it's sorted. Thank you!
