Purchase Code & Envato Username are not working.
When I go to https://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ and enter the purchase code and username at the time of purchase, I get this error message. "The purchase code has not been used to register Betheme or the username does not match the purchase code." We have the license already registered and have been using it for a little more than 3 months now. We just transferred in our domain and when we did that all the pre-built sections stopped working. Found an article online that says we need to deregister and re-register the license to fix the issue. I would like to get the pre-built sections back working right without having to deregister the license.
Can I please get some help with this?

Please log in to your WP dashboard, go to Betheme -> Dashboard, deregister the license key from there, and register it again.
