Issues with Store Notice and Region Dropdwon Menu on checkout
Hi Betheme Support, we're facing some issues in a WooCommerce betheme website of one of our client.
Basically the Store Notice is not showing correctly anymore and there's an issue in the checkout page that move the dropdown menu in the wrong position in Country / Region.
Disabling betheme solve the issue with the dropdown.

Store notice displays correctly for me. I have checked with Firefox and Chrome.
The problem with Select is related to the store notice. In our theme, we move down the content so the store notice does not overlap the header. Because of this change WooCommerce JS responsible for this dropdown does not handle this change, and it calculates the position wrongly.
What I suggest is to turn off store notice, and recreate it with the Header Builder:
