There are 2 elements that I don't know how to create them in beTheme.

If I did that with "Tabs" I would have to custom code all the input?

1) What you showed in the first screenshot can be achieved with Query Loops:

2) The view with tabs can be done with the tabs element, but all content inside must be created by shortcodes and/or custom HTML.
