Single post page layout

I want to build a layout for all post pages fit for my need but not able to find any solution for that.

Going from the top of your screenshot to the bottom:
1) This area contains a couple of features. Arrows and all posts icon can be hidden in Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Navigation & Share.
Author, date, and categories and tags, can be disabled in Betheme -> Theme options -> Blog & Portfolio -> Blog.
2, 3) To modify that, you would have to create a custom post template.

Basically, I want to build a system so that who so ever me or my team, start writing a blog post.. that will have little to do and can't follow the uniform design like pages -https://stage.bestmigrationconsultant.com/apply-work-visa/

Sorry, but I do not understand.
With a custom post template, you can create a layout you showed on a screenshot.
We do not have video tutorial how to build that, but it is really similar to product template creation:
