Do you have changed WP dashboard address changed?
You did not attach it in the private message, and when I tried to add
/wp-admin
to your website URL it did not work.Best regards
Yes, I'm sorry, I already sent you the URL through the contact form.
Please change the user privileges to admin because we cannot check this problem correctly.

Ready
News?
Sorry, but you wrote beyond my working time.
It is because of your child theme. After switching to parent, BeBuilder loads correctly.
Best regards
but it is necessary to use the child, how do I correct the problem using child?
You must contact your web developer, and ask to indicate what is causing this issue.
In our documentation, you can read:
Using a child theme usually means that you want to modify the core theme files. Any mistake in the code may render the page unusable. Please be careful when performing such actions because our support policy does not cover such changes and we will be not able to help you.
