Add Short Codes to a Sidebar Widget

Hi, I have several Posts where the WP content is quite long say 2000px and have set it to 3/4 width, I'd like to add a number of Shortcodes on the right sidebar, however I can only set one there and the next ones float underneath and then display left and 2000px down the page. 

I want to be able to display 4-5 shortcodes in that 1/4 width space down the right hand side. 

Is there a way to enter all these in other the writing all the html code in text widgets via the widgets panel (added to the content sidebar created there)
