Licencing issue

I need assistance with a licencing issue that I can't seem to resolve.
I had a developer work on my site last year, and they reassigned my licence, which was originally purchased and registered for https://www.adimas.paris, to a temporary staging site adimas30.e.wpstage.net that they were working on. This staging site no longer exists.
I have tried to fix the licence via your licence manager or by adding it to my account here, but I get an error message: "The purchase code has not been used to register Betheme or the username does not match the purchase code."
Can you help me to deregister the licence on adimas30.e.wpstage.net and reregister it on the correct site? https://www.adimas.paris/.
It is urgent that I get this sorted out, as I am unable to perform any theme updates and have urgent updates that I need to make on my site.

Thank you for your reply, but if you read again my question, you will see that I already did this. When I use the tool, I get the error below.
The licence was originally purchased and assigned to https://www.adimas.paris however, this site was hacked and has been repaired by a developer. The developer created the staging adimas30.e.wpstage.net to clean the database and rebuild the site. The licence is currently assigned to this staging site.

We can't deregister the theme from the staging site as the site no longer exists.
How do I reassociate the licence with the correct site https://www.adimas.paris
I really don't want to have to buy another licence.
