In footer section the instagram-circled is not working as it was not there with the theme.

Is there anyway for me to make it work and if so, how can I do it?

Instagram does not have a circled icon version.

https://muffingroup.com/betheme/elements/icons/

You might achieve that with a custom CSS code.
