When scrolling down, my logo comes up at the top, but enlarged.

And there is such a short-term glitch.

I found the problem.

If you install Featured Image on the Featured Image page, this bug occurs.

You can see the picture in the upper left corner. If you scroll.

The problem remains.

If I load an image into a page (Featured image)

When I zoom or scroll the page, this image is enlarged and visible in the header (semaphore is created) You can see in my video.

Can you not remove the featured image from there?

If, for some reason, you need to have it selected, try the following CSS code:

body:not(.template-slider) #Header_wrapper {
   background-image: none!important;
}

Please put it in the Custom CSS field in the page options.
