Theme Options Font Family

When I am in Theme Options/Fonts/Family, the default font selected is Archivo for everything and the drop down menu doesn't work. It pulls up a transparent box. Any idea how to fix this? Thanks!

Hi,

Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.

It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot showing your issue.

This isn't a website issue so no need to link my website. A screenshot is attached to show you what I am seeing. Essentially, I am not getting any additional font options in the Theme Font Family selection area. It is just a blank/transparent box that pops up when I try to select. It has done this since I downloaded back in February.
