Popup not closing when a HubSpot form is inside

Hi,

We have this issue that we first noticed a week ago where a PopUp window will not close if it has a HubSpot embedded form inside. You can see this issue on our website here:

1. https://www.simplexwireless.com/pricing-details/ --> Click "Talk with Sales"
2. https://www.simplexwireless.com/shop/ (automatic popup after 7 seconds)

All other popups work as expected but we have two instances on our website where this does not

please help.

Hi Support,

Thank you for the quick answer. Our security policy does not allow us to give remote access to 3rd party companies. Is there any other way we can look into this? The website is publicly accessible.

Probably it will be fixed in the upcoming update.
