Where can I find child theme for betheme version 10.4

Dear Madam or Sir,

I need to update my betheme to the latest version; however, I do not want to lose the many customizations that I have done to the files. I tried using a recent child-theme but it is not working with the older version 10.4 of the betheme that I have. Where can I find the child theme for version 10.4 since I no longer have the original download?

If the older child version is no longer available, how can I update my theme without losing the customizations?

Can you please give more details on what you mean by saying that the child theme is not working?

Is there any error message, or anything like this?
