Broken Themes error message when trying to install Betheme's child-theme
Dear Support,
I am running an older version of Betheme (version 10.4). I need to updated my theme but do not want to lose the customizations that I had done to my files. I found the original child-theme but when I try to install it, I receive the bellow error message. Please kindly advise.
"Broken Themes
The following themes are installed but incomplete.
Betheme Child The parent theme is missing. Please install the "betheme" parent theme."

Hi,
Are you sure that you did not change the Betheme catalog name?
Please log in to your website FTP, and ensure that the parent theme has the same name as in the error message.
