Mobile Menu behavior

Hello, 

I'm having a couple of issues when the menu adjusts to mobile devices.

Issue #1

On tablets, the menu items are all the way to the right, leaving no margin and looking weird.

Issue #2

On phones, the menu items do not show, or appear to be "behind" the revolution slider.

That's odd. Something must have been wrong with server.

Please try again. I checked and it's working fine.

Ok, now it works. As we see, you got a lot of custom css what is the reason of your problems. Please remove whole custom css and all should be fine.
