Please use the following CSS code:

#Side_slide .menu-item .menu-toggle{
 color: #0f0!important;
 opacity: 1!important;
}
#Side_slide .menu-item{
 border-top-color: #f0f!important;
}
#Side_slide .menu-item:last-child{
 border-bottom-color: #f0f!important;
}

Put it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.
