Hover over image, image is cut

Hi,

For 3 social media images in the footer "hover effect" is on.

When I hover over those images, the images grow out of the borders, they are cut.

How can I avoid this?

padding does not help

Padding does not work, if I do it for the Spacing within Bebuilder for the image item.

It works, when I do it via CSS.

padding:2px;

}
