Mobile issues

Hello!

I'm working on adjusting some things for mobile for a client site, and two odd things are happening:

• There is a horizontal scroll as though the site is breaking, but I can't figure out why.
• I'm changing the size of the content font for mobile, and it's showing on the backend, but in looking at the site on my phone, the font size is remaining the same.
