Opacitiy setting lost on background of a wrap

Hi Guys

Please see here for explanation of my issue. Basically the opacity I set in the builder works. But if I then refresh the page in the builder - the setting is lost.

We do not have estimated time when it will be out so it would be best if you send us your WP access and FTP access.
