The Builder is stuck on loading page content

I am having trouble accessing the bebuilder. It keeps getting stuck on the loading page content screen. I’ve inspected the page source, and I’ve noticed I can disable the pre-loader to access the builder, but I can not save any changes. Could you please help with this issue?

Do you not have regional or other limitations set on your server?

Another attempt failed.

Also, I can see the login credentials do not differ from the previous one. We can try with a different one.

Thank you. Could you at least try and explain what was causing the issue and how I can rectify it on my end in the event it occurs again, or when I use the theme on another website?
