Invoice Settings
The correct functionality of the receipt/invoice field includes hiding the VAT input field when someone selects receipt and showing when selecting invoice. In the case of our page this does not work properly, as it stays visible in both cases. Can you please check this out.

I do not think there is a setting for that in WooCommerce.
I think that with your question, you should rather contact WooCommerce support.
