To set these icons, you must set links for socials under Theme options > Social section and also you must activate "Action Bar" under Theme options > Menu & Action Bar > Action Bar section.

No, we didn't

But we read it now. To remove this space, you must set no margin style for sections items.

With Visual Composer it is unfortunately not possible. This is possible with Muffin Builder only.
