Cannot deregister my license

Hi,

I tried to deregister my license through this link http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ but i get this error while i download the code from envato>downloads tab.

The purchase code has not been used to register Betheme or the username does not match the purchase code.

unfortunately the website that the license was being used in that is not available anymore and i cannot deregister the theme from Wordpress dashboard.

Please send us the WordPress dashboard access (new user with admin rights to website where you want to register license) and your license key privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.

Sorry, but you did not attach a link to a website where you want to register your license key (only user credentials).

You changed your username, and it worked when I checked the license manager with the previous username.

The license is now registered to the domain you wanted.
