Black strip at the top of page

Hi, I've just activated your theme on my website and it looks awful. Black wide strip at the top of the page. Quickly googled the issue and it seems like you were pointing to Header and subheader 9back in 2016-2020). I did try to follow your suggestions and change subheader to minimalist but to no avail. Black strip is still there. I had to revert back to my old theme so please point me to the right direction to fix it. Thanks

Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.

It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot showing your issue.
