Email problem with the form

Hello Support!

I have a problem with two forms on my page.

I wonder what have I done wrong and how can I correct the mistakes.

Form on bottom of the page https://oulumukanasi.fi/ and form on this page https://oulumukanasi.fi/tietoa/ both are not sending anything and I don't know why.

Can you please help me.

Please activate another theme, like Twenty Twenty-Four, put a contact form in the WP Editor, and check if the same thing happens.

When you do that, let me know about the results.

I am unable to break my website and start from beginning. Is there another more sensible solution?

Although I do have another website with betheme (actually multiple) setted up with different theme where the form works just fine., Athough with different domain and email.

I do not mean to break your website and start from the beginning.

I want you to check if the same thing happens with another theme on that website.

Temporarily switch to another theme, check your contact form, and switch back to Betheme, that is it.

When you do that, let me know about the results.

Rerouting needed to be done for the email

Well, what happens to the changes to colours etc. I made to this theme?

Sounds like you have to contact your admin/hosting provider and ask for a backup.

It does not seem to be a problem with Betheme itself, so it is best to contact your hosting provider/contact form support regarding this issue.
