Missing translations on the blog and the breadcrumb

Hi,

I can't translate some words in french on the website :

• "Read more" on the articles (Lire la suite)
• Share on the articles (Partager)
• Home (Accueil) on the breadcrumb

You can translate these in Betheme -> Theme options -> Translate.
