Some of the sides of the featured images are getting cut off. How would I go about fixing that so the sides can be seen on this page and are not getting cropped?

Hi,
You can adjust the size of Blog thumbnails and disable cropping in Betheme -> Theme options -> Blog & Portfolio -> Featured Image.
