After we have integrated an SVG-Image on contact page, there is a critical error on the website.

The access data is definitely correct, I have just tested it again. Have you tested getting in via sftp?
We have widely checked, and your SVG seems to be the root cause.
Nothing in the theme seems to be the culprit. We have checked with another SVG, and it works correctly.
