Import Single Page

I am attempting to import a single page and it is not working.

I see a progress for about 3 seconds, then no changes (layout/code, wraps, etc.) evident/visible in the Bebuilder for my new page. I was attempting to import https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/hotel2/

Trying to import with nothing pre-built on page - no wraps or sections. Have tried before, after and replace options.

Using https://seaislandstay.com/
