How to translate only the admin panel?

Hello,
Can I translate only the admin panel?
I want the front pages display in English, and the admin panel display in Chinese language.

Hi,
you can try to do this with .mo/.po files and poedit software but we are not sure if it is possible to split translations. As we know, only both can be translated.
