Header Builder 2.0 Template error

Hi, 

I just purchased BeBuilder and am unable to get BeBuilder Headers template builder to work. I found multiple support threads with the same issue, and none of the solutions suggested there have resolved my issue. Here is a screenshot of the issue with console view active.

I have not had success with the following:

• Clearing my cache
• Deactivating all plugins
• Trying various permalink settings
• Changing browsers (safari and chrome)
• Checking addresses at Settings>General

I am using this theme out of the box, and haven't modified it at all: https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/herbal/

I appreciate your attention resolving this issue!

I checked your header templates, and they open and work correctly.
