Can't install the Betheme

Hello,

I have purchesed a Betheme around 2 months ago and I wanted to start the work with this website, but I can't install the theme. It shows "The link you followed has expired. Please try again". [Links visible only for registered users]


I have extended the usage limits in php.ini in the host [Links visible only for registered users] and the PHP version is 8.1 .. I also contacted the host support about this and after they checked, the assured me that there's no problem from their end.


Please may anyone know what might be the prolem with the theme that I have bought?
