I use the element Shop slider in Be builder.
After selecting the option, my slider is now showing 2 columns, as in attached picture.
Can I change to showing only one column? Because 2 columns the items look very small.

where did you found an option to set number of columns for Shop Slider? As far as I know, there is no such option available for this element.
