Call to action, Icon-phone-circled some issues
We want a call to action Icon-phone-circled icon and we have some issues.
- In the background. Icon-phone-circled gets in the background. I have tried change z-index and order, putting high values, but it steel is at the background
- What we want is Icon-phone-circled appears always in the bottom, like 'back to top' icon but in mobile version Icon-phone-circled is in the bottom of screen.
- How we can connect to a pop up we have?
Both, call to action and pop up we have made by templates.

1,2) To make such a button, you must use raw html in right place, probably in the <body>. Right now it's in the footer and it won't work the way you would like to do it. Right now, we don't have such feature to hang elements absolute across the whole document so it requires a lot of customizations.
