Incorrect product image display

Greetings,

when I insert the product image and hover over it with the mouse the image disappears. Maybe it's supposed to be some kind of zoom effect that doesn't work well? can you solve it?

Hi,

did you tried to disable all 3rd party plugins (especially cache)? We can see that you are using such plugins but they are the most likely reason of such weird issues.

If you disable the plugin it will work.

This is an option for a specific plugin that should be disabled to work and if the plugin is active?

You mean it works after disabling caching plugin?

How about the default wp theme? Did you tested it as well?
