BeThemes update not possible via the Themes button

Hi,

Why can't the BeThemes update be carried out using the Themes button on some websites, so my only option is to upload the update via the FTP server.

I also had to with the project https://www.hausarzt-sonsbeck.de/

Go to the FTP server to install the new version 27.3.9.

do you get any error while updating Betheme? Please provide further details.
